Three civilians including a famous Kashmiri Pandit Makhan Lal Bindroo, who was a chemist shop owner in Kashmir as well as a non-Kashmiri bhelpuri vendor were shot dead by terrorists in separate locations within a few hours on Tuesday. A civilian was also killed in Bandipora.
