Our Moon Once Had an Atmosphere That Faded Away

The most recent studies have confirmed that our Moon actually does have an atmosphere! It's composed mostly of hydrogen, neon, and argon and contains some very unusual gases. There's even lots of oxygen there, but it isn't in its most common gaseous form. So does it mean that if people learned how to extract this oxygen, we would be able to live on the Moon?
