Shivangi Agrawal, a person with physical and locomotor disabilities visited Dr Hedgewar Arogya Sansthan in Karkardooma (east Delhi) on 9 and 18 November to get her Unique Disability ID (UDID). There she was met with 'extremely rude behaviour' and was denied access to her own documents upon questioning the hospital staff regarding her test procedures.
