ANC and EFF fail to come to a mutually beneficial agreement in Ekurhuleni

After a lengthy back and forth between the ANC and EFF, the two parties could not come to a mutually beneficial agreement in Ekurhuleni.

This meant that the DA’s Tania Campbell returned to reclaim her position as Mayor, just two weeks after her removal through a motion of no confidence brought by the ANC.

So with coalitions in the Gauteng metros proving to be so unstable, the key questions are, why and what happens now?
